Twist Coffee Shop

Perhaps Galway's shortest-lived take-out only cafe, Twist Coffee Shop (as seen on the Dragon's Den) came and went in Upper Abbeygate St in early 2014.

Their menu included some interesting items like Bailey's Coffee, which you can't usually get outside of a pub.
