The door of this new Galway city cafe opened in early/ mid September 2026.
It's located in the Galway Shopping Centre on the Headford Rd, in a unit that has been empty for some time, next to the recently closed Born womenswear shop.
The requested drive-thru doesn't appear to be open yet, though.
Products? Its a Starbucks. Coffee, with lots of syrup options. Teas. Matcha. Any because they opened in autumn, a good few pumpkin-spice options.

29 August 2026: it looks like the fitout is complete, and opening day is to be announced. Possibly after planning personal forvthe drive-thru is decided.
9 August 2926: They're not open yet, and there's still a "To Let" sign outside, but the Starbucks in Galway Shopping Centre is coming along nicely - with or without the drive-thru.
