This building was the home of Cava, which after a very public fight with the landlord about the rent, moved to the other side of the river and around a few corners to re-emerge as Cava Bodega.

Dela opened there a little later in 2014.   In the evenings, it's very much a restaurant. But for weekend brunch (from 12), the the cafe feel is to the fore.

That said, the menu is for foodies, where "baby spinach" means an artful salad, and the humble fry starts with spicy Italian sausages. Not sure that I'd be brave enough to pop in for just a simple coffee.
