Update: the Covid-19 restrictions applied in October 2020 closed Gordon's,
because they do not have any outdoor dining area or takeaway customers.
By January 2021, the premises has been taken over by Roots of
Claregalway.
Gordon's Bistro opened in late July 2020.
It's located at the back of the Curley's Furniture shop in Unit 10 of
Briarhill Business Park, just up from Energie gym - where Papa Rich Briarhill
was before the Covid-19 closedown.
For now, hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:30am to 5pm and Sunday 1pm to 5pm -
aimed at local families and furniture-shoppers as much as business park
workers, and sadly without an evening meal option.
To start with, the menu offers lite-bites, baked potatoes, signature
sandwiches, and mains are a burger and "posh sandwiches" - of course with
desserts / coffees.
