This cafe is tucked in behind the Spar in Galway Technology Park - which is next to Parkmore West, Ballybrit Racecourse and Racecourse Business Park. As the only restaurant / cafe in the area, effectively it's the canteen for people working in the dozens of small-to-medium businesses located here.
There's a carvery / hot dinner with several options every day, as well as soup, a sandwich bar, salads - and efficient staff who know their customers and what it takes to get them fed and back to work in a reasonable time.
The coffee is ok, not the finest brew you've ever had, but a good step up from many. Cakes and sweet things aren't so much of a strength - but most of the customers are here for their dinner, not treats.
Despite being open for years, the premises is clean and cheerful and not showing its age.
Not a place to go out of your way to visit, but an absolute gem for people who work in the area and want to get breakfast or a quick bite at lunchtime.
