They're in the ground floor of the Dockgate building near the bottom of
Merchant's Road, in the heart of the city's office-quarter - in the cafe that
was home to Grind Coffee and Food until very recently. This is next to
Cantec print, and a few doors up from Planet Retro, and immediately opposite
the OxyGeneration clinic.
The cafe layout is much the same as before, but it's had a quick
freshen-up, and the tasteful Ground & Co decor applied: their bright yellow sign adds a nice flash of colour in this very grey part of town. There is a
good amount of comfortable seating, with a very few spaces outside with a
great view of the passing traffic.
The menu is similar to their other cafes in Salthill, Knockcacarra and
Oranmore with scones, pastries and sweet-treats, as well as a range of
breakfast and lunch dishes, and a daily special.
