Delaney's Mace Liosbaun, announced they are closing on 9 July
Aryan Pizzeria and Iranian / Persian Restaurant - Lower Abbeygate Street is closed. Moving to serving dinner in the evenings in Abbeygate Cafe in Mary Street.
Holland & Barrett - the Shop Street store closed on 8 July
Filling Station Eco Store closed on 4 July
Ashford Collection, Galway Shopping Centre - closed on 30 June
DK Shoes announced a closing down sale on 22 June, saying "when it's gone, it's gone"
Virgin Media, Eyre Square Shopping Centre - no announcement, but the shop stopped opening late May / early June, and the signs were removed on the 2nd week
Kenny Joe's Gelato - replaced by Wild Churn
Limited Coffee, Liosbaun - posted on social media in late May that they're closed due to issues beyond their control
PJ Flaherty, Salthill - Closed in the 2nd week of May
Walsh's Pharmacy, Corrib Shopping Centre, closed on 25 April
Mountain Warehouse, Mainguard Street, closed approx 25 April and then replaced by a new store in Williams Street about a week later
GOSH! Shoes in Eyre Square Centre - sign up in late April saying they've moved upstairs with Greene's
Born, Galway Shopping Centre- placed into liquidation in late April shop is having a liquidation sale
Jump! Juice, Corrib Court- closed on 31 March
Jungle Break Beach, Salthill - announced their closure on social media on 23 March.
Skechers, Williams Street, closed on 22 March. Relocating soon to Edward Square.
Kazanoo Hair Salon - closed on 22 March
Euro Giant Eglinton Street - closed in the 3rd week of March, after a long liquidation sale
Claire's - eventually closed in the 3rd week of March, after being in Administration for some months
Born Clothing, Eyre Square Shopping Centre - closed suddenly on 8 March
All 4 Baby, Tuam Road, closed on 25 February and relocated to Claregalway Corporate Park
Galway Autopoint & Car Valet, Terryland - stopped opening and changed their status on Google Maps in early February
MindSli Reflection Cafe (now only / events based)
Fat Tony Barbers, Middle Street (no public announcements, just stopped opening)
WeWheel, Cornstore (moved out of Cornstore shop in early January, no signs displayed, may still be operating online)
Print On - moved to on-line only
Coady's Costcutter Bonham Quay (It's not 100% certain they are permanently closed, but it looks likely)
