The Galway Roast, Shop St, Galway City

The Galway Roast is a is a local coffee-specialist which opened a (likely franchised) boutique-style mini cafe, offering a good deal less variety than their mother-ship in Tuam, on Shop St.  

It is located in the former premises of a pub called "The Snug".  Which is an apt description of the cafe, too.   But it's a great place to grab a quick coffee and some people-watching on a fine day.
