Giftworks

Giftworks have announced that their Galway city store is closing:  their final day is Saturday 2 September 2023.

Dear customers after careful consideration it is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to close the doors of our Galway branch in Eyre Square Shopping Centre. Due to current economic climate, the huge rise in the running costs of a business and and as our lease comes to an end we've made the tough decision not to renew it We first opened the doors of our Galway branch in September 2013 and for the past ten years we're grateful for the continuous support from our wonderful customers both in store and on-line. We would like to thank past staff members of Giftworks Galway, and all the staff and businesses of the Eyre Square Centre for their support and friendship throughout our ten years. Most importantly we want to thank you, our loyal customers, for your kindness support and patience shown towards us over the past few years. We've made some wonderful friendships with you all we have sincerely enjoyed serving you all in the heart of Galway city. Although we are sad to be leaving, we remain positive for the next chapter that lies ahead for us. We will continue to deliver an eclectic collection of vintage and modern furniture and accessories for both home and garden at affordable prices from our Ennis branch in Ennis Shopping Centre and online at giftworksstore.com as normal. we hope to see some familiar faces from our Galway store shopping with us down in Ennis. We will close our doors and Galway for the final time on Saturday 2nd of September 2023 we kindly ask for your patience as we navigate our way through this transition. Please note that our opening hours may vary over the coming weeks. Finally we would like to reiterate that our Ennis store and online store remains open and business as usual you will find our Ennis store in unit 7 Ennis Shopping Centre, Francis St. Ennis V95k768. This County Clare based family owned and operated giftstore opened a store on the ground floor of Galway's Eyre Square Shopping Centre in September 2013.  They're in a corner unit, just around the corner from Evergreen Health store, across from Leo Walsh Pharmacy, and initially just down the corridor from Mothercare.

Their aim is it make it easy for customers to obtain the latest interior trends, while valuing uniqueness and individuality.   They aim to provide an ever-changing combination of traditional and contemporary designs, and one-of-a-kind pieces.   Their product range - and their window displays - provide an absolute visual feast of beautify homewares and gift products.
