This third-generation family-owned business, with roots in Inís Mór which
is the largest of the three Aran Islands, opened their first own-brand store in
Galway city centre in May 2024, having previously been trading as Galway Woollen
Market in an orange store a few door down the street.
The shop is located at the top of High Street, next door to the Kings Head
pub, in a building which was previously home to O'Máille's House of Style.
They aim to provide knitwear that is authentic, distinctive, designed by
expert crafts-people with a deep knowledge of and love for the Aran Islands,
and beautifully made from the best yarns. They have a full range
of colourful and stylish women's, men's and children's knitwear.
