Galway's first Artisan Asian Restaurant opened in late September / early October 2025.
They're located at 2 Middle Street - in the same unit that was previously home to Umbrella Asian Tapas, and for many years before that the much-love Noodle-House, in between Cava Bodega and the recently opened Sacred Wings.
The interior has nicely refurbished to make good use of the space, and to display some lovely blossoms.
As far as we can tell, they're not related to Galway's original The Hidden restaurant, although there is of course some overlap in the menus.
The menu features Asian bites (starters / tapas), soups, noodle soups, fried rice and fried noodles, and wok dishes - and to keep everyone happy the side dishes include chips, spicy chips, sweet potato and spice bad with curry sauce.
