C&T Centre Nails & Spa

 This new nail-bar opened in the 2nd week of March 2026.   As an opening special, they're giving 20% off all services for the first 2 weeks.

They're located in units 50-51 of Galway Shopping Centre:  this is one of the recently-renovated long-empty shops where The Grate Place used to be - next to Kozzetello's Barbers, and is really accessible and easy to pop in to for a quick nail-treatment.

The shop is long and skinny:  nails are done at the desks near the door, while the spa-chairs are located at the further end - with privacy frosting on the glass there so you can have relaxing moments with some privacy.

Services offered include manicures, pedicures, gel extensions and more.

Spa chairs at C&T Nails 

Pamela Scott

Irish-owned Fairline Group opened their first Galway city Pamela Scott women's fashion store  on Thursday 16 October 2025.

It's located in the Galway Shopping Centre, in the unit in between Penneys and Carraig Donn, which was most-recently home to Your Fashions.  The fittings are all new, and there's probably been a coat of paint, and the fitting rooms are nicer than before.

Products include women's fashion clothing, with some footwear (ie shoes) and accessories which are mainly bags, including a nice range of tote-bags in open week.  Clothing includes the full range from casual gear, wear-to-work outfits and sparkly outfits for not-too-dressy weddings and the like.  Sizes available in-store range form 8-18.  Pamela Scott carry a wide range of brands, with good quality and well designed but great value-for-money Zapara getting plenty of rack space.

CEX Entertainment Exchange, Galway Shopping Centre

This world-wide games and tech buy and sell specialist opened a new store in Galway Shopping Centre in mid July 2025.  This is to replace their Williamsgate Street shop, which clsoed a few weeks later.

They're located at the north end of the complex, in Unit 62/63 (eircode H91 E863) next to the the Tesco electrical and clothing store - in a unit which has been empty for a while, and was previously Koztello Beauty.   

The new shop is bright and welcoming, with a wide front door and secure, well labelled display cabinets. 

Product range is all you'd expect:   second hand games and gaming equipment - as well an interesting range of electronics / gadget, including phones, cameras, speakers and more.

Sunday and Monday midday - 6pm

Tuesday and Wednesday  and Saturday 9:30am - 6pm

The original CEX Galway Shopping in Williamsgate Street,  just off Eyre Square,  shortly after it closed in late July 2025.

ECig, Galway Shopping Centre

The newest branch of eCig Shop smoking-supplies shops opened in Galway Shopping Centre in mid October 2024.

They're located in the northern side of the shopping-centre, in the unit that was previously Forever Me Cosmetics - in between the recently-refurbished Eir phonestore, and DX shoes.

Products are the same as in all eCig branches, centreing around electronic "cigarettes", vapes, e-liquids (nicotine), HHC edibles, nicotine pouches, and vape accessories.  Decor is much the same, too

IT Star

This Dublin based IT / electronics gadgets / accessories sales and repair shop for refurbished and new devices opened their first Galway city branch in July 20023 - joining the other stores which have opened since their original store in 2018.

They'e in the Galway Shopping Centre on the Headford Road, in the unit that was previously occupied by Three - next door to Carraig Donne.

Products include phones, headphones, speakers, covers, accessories, and more.   Services include reliable device repairs, unlocking, water-damage repairs

Paco

Paco Women's Clothing store is a Cork-based fashion retailer, named after found Paco Alexander Graves.  Originally offering colourful designer sweaters, they now offer a wide range of women's fashion garments - still with a fabulous range of colours as well as current styles.

In early October 2020, they moved from a quiet side street location in Bothár Irwin to a centrally located shop in the Eyre Square Shopping Centre in the unit where Swamp used to be.

During the late 2020 lockdown, on-line shopping is available on their website.
